Shipping policy

Shipping Locations. Fika Candy, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as “Sötsak”, currently ships to all fifty (50) states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Shipping Methods and Rates. Standard shipping is $7 on orders under $50 and free on orders of $50 or more. Orders ship from Texas within 2 business days and typically arrive in 2–6 business days. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $15, free on orders of $100 or more.

 

Order Processing Time. All orders are processed within one (1) and two (2) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within twenty-four (24) hours

 

Damages. Sötsak is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
